Istanbul Cuisine of the Lobi
Istanbul cuisine is a long conversation shaped by ports, neighbourhoods, migrations, celebrations, market stalls, lokantas and home tables.
Lobi does not place this heritage behind glass. We cook it with today’s ingredients, at today’s pace and with a little curiosity of our own. When a dish has a story worth telling, we tell it. When it does not, we let the food do the talking. Because Istanbul cuisine never stopped evolving. Neither did the city. Our table belongs to now.
